6. Third-Party Services
6.1 Web Hosting
This website is hosted by a professional hosting provider. When the site is accessed, server log files are collected automatically (see section 3.1).
6.2 Fonts (self-hosted)
The fonts used on this website (DM Sans, Space Grotesk) are hosted locally on our own server and loaded directly from there. No connection to Google servers is established; no data – in particular no IP address – is transmitted to Google or any other third party.
6.3 Formspree

6.4 WhatsApp
When you contact us via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), the message and phone number are transmitted to Meta servers. Use is voluntary — you may alternatively contact us by phone or e-mail. WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
As a rule, we do not disclose personal data to third parties, except:

- Disclosure is necessary to fulfil legal obligations.

Through the use of WhatsApp, a transfer to countries outside Switzerland may occur, in particular to the USA. We ensure that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed (Art. 16 DSG).
9. Retention Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Contact enquiries are deleted after completion, at the latest after two years. Server log files are deleted within 30 days.

Under the Swiss DSG, you have the following rights:
- Right to information (Art. 25 DSG): To learn which data we process about you.
- Rectification (Art. 32 para. 1 DSG): To have incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure (Art. 32 para. 2 lit. c DSG): To request erasure, provided no retention obligation exists.
